Quick and easy with a tasty bacon-mustard vinaigrette dressing.


  • 1 bag (1.5 lbs.) of Simply Spuds SteamablesRed Potatoes
  • 5 slices of bacon (diced and cooked until crisp)
  • 2 tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 1 ½ tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water


  • Microwave Simply Spuds Steamables in their bag according to directions.
  • Use caution when removing the bag from the microwave; package will be HOT!
  • Carefully cut the bag open and pour the potatoes into a serving bowl.
  • Cut potatoes into slices.
  • Cook bacon and set aside.
  • Heat bacon drippings; blend in flour, sugar, salt, and mustard.
  • Gradually add vinegar and water, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Add potatoes and heat through, gently stirring to mix.
  • Sprinkle with reserved bacon and enjoy!
