Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds (4 or 5 medium) potatoes, uniform in size, cut into half-inch-thick slices, lenthwise
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to evenly coat potatoes; grill in a single layer until nicely browned on the bottom sides. Turn and continue to grill about 10 minutes until potatoes are cooked through and browned on the reverse sides.
