- 8 Russet potatoes
- Oven spray As needed
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick planks.
2. Spray a sheet pan lightly with oven spray; arrange potatoes on pan in one layer.
3. Bake in 425F oven 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over; spread each plank with 1 tablespoon sauce and 2 teaspoons cheese; bake 15 minutes more.
