Grilled Yellow Potato Planks

I actually made these on my cast iron grill pan on the stove and they turned out wonderful! I laid a sheet pan over the top to trap the heat in. I cooked them the same amount of time as the recipe says for an outdoor grill, and it was perfect. I would have liked a little more of the garlic flavor to come through, so I’m not sure what I did wrong there. But I would definitely make these again. Thank you!
