Creamy Garlic and Herb Skillet Potatoes

Tried these Potatoes for the 1st time. Had to substitute lime for lemon juice. Also had to substitute Laughing Cow Asiago Cheese instead of Alouette Garlic. Cooking times seemed short so it took longer. Overall fun to cook with Cast Iron which easily goes from stovepipe to oven to table. Can’t wait to try the Recipe again and the other Potatoes.
