Organic Russet Potatoes

Russets are the potato of choice for baking.  Their delicate, fluffy texture goes well with a variety of toppings, from sour cream and chives to spicy and bold flavors.

HOW TO BAKE POTATOES

  • Wash potatoes and poke a few times with a fork.
  • Rub potatoes with your favorite cooking oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake on a baking sheet lined with foil or place directly on your oven rack at 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

Organic Red Potatoes

Because of their texture, the flesh of red potatoes stays firm throughout the cooking process, making them perfect for roasting.  Their thin yet vibrant red skin adds appealing color and pizazz.

HOW TO ROAST POTATOES

  • Wash and cut potatoes into small cubes.  No need to peel!
  • Toss in your favorite cooking oil and seasonings until coated.
  • Evenly spread cubes out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
  • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.

PRO TIP: For crispier skin, prepare them on a metal cooling rack set atop a cookie sheet.

Organic Yellow Potatoes

Grilling gives yellow potatoes a crispy skin that enhances the dense flesh, creating a slightly sweet, caramelized flavor.

HOW TO GRILL POTATOES

  • Fire up the grill until warm.
  • Wash potatoes and cut them lengthwise into planks or slice them in half.
  • Coat with your favorite oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place on the grill over medium heat and cook for 45 minutes or until they reach your desired tenderness.
