How to Prepare
Roastables encourage your creativity in the kitchen and on the grill.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees or grill to medium high heat
- Remove plastic film and seasoning packets from roasting tray.
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of oil. Coat potatoes well.
- Oven: Put the uncovered tray in the oven. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until soft and browned – stir occasionally.
- Grill: Add a tablespoon of water to the oil & potatoes. Cover the tray with tin foil. Cook about 40 minutes until soft and browned.
- Before serving: Sprinkle the entire red packet of the Chili Seasoning salt over potatoes and coat. If you want to add some serious heat and flavor pop, sprinkle the green packet of Picante Seasoning salt on too!
