What are Steamables?

Smaller-sized potatoes that are:

  • No prep work, no guesswork – just perfectly steamed potatoes every single time.

  • Red potatoes
  • Golden potatoes
  • White potatoes
  • Russet potatoes

All come in a 1.5 lb. microwavable pouch

 

How to Prepare

Fingerling, Golden, Purple, Red, Russet, and White Potatoes:

  • Place the unopened bag FRONT SIDE DOWN in the microwave. DO NOT pierce the bag.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 Let stand for 1 minute.
  • Carefully cut the bag open and pour the potatoes into a serving bowl.*
  • Toss gently with butter and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, such as rosemary, thyme, or parsley; add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy!

 

Sweet Potatoes:

  • Place the unopened bag FRONT SIDE DOWN in the microwave. DO NOT pierce the bag.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 9 Let stand for 2 minutes.
  • Carefully cut the bag open and pour the potatoes onto a serving dish.* Cut the sweet potatoes open lengthwise.
  • Gently fluff or mash the sweet potato flesh with a fork, or scoop it out of the skin with a spoon. If desired, top with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, or your favorite seasoning.
  • Serve and enjoy!

 

*Use caution when removing the bag from the microwave; package will be HOT!

Cooking times may vary. • Do not microwave for more than 15 minutes. • Do not place bag in conventional oven. • Refrigerate any left over potatoes within two hours after cooking. • Do not refrigerate before cooking. • Store in a cool, dark place.
